Mindful Vision Boarding

Mindful vision boarding is the contemplative practice of identifying your values and envisioning your intentions, dreams and goals. Create a board for any aspect(s) of your life, and learn about how to develop a growth mindset and a values-aligned action plan toward your visions!

SoulCollage®

SoulCollage® is a contemplative, intuitive creative self-care practice that combines mindfulness with creativity.

Katy regularly offers introductory and themed SoulCollage® workshops for the public at The Be Sanctuary in Upper Arlington, OH.


Gratitude Art Journaling

Creating a gratitude art journal is a beautifully expressive and contemplative practice that promotes self-awareness, relaxation, and, of course, gratitude. Research shows that keeping a gratitude journal helps decrease stress, improve sleep, and enhance interpersonal relationships.
