Book an individual consultation and work with Katy to develop some curated mindfulness-based creative self-care practices that work for you! If you’re local to Columbus, OH, sessions can be scheduled in-person at “The Be Sanctuary” in Upper Arlington. Interested in trying out SoulCollage®? Want to be guided in creating a mindful vision or gratitude board? Need support in starting a gratitude journal or finding a mindfulness practice that you can do daily? Or perhaps you’d like to schedule a personal sound bath for relaxation and restoration? Once you book, Katy will send you an interest form to share any specific intentions/requests and offer date and time options for your session!

It can be a key component of a comprehensive self-care program that includes other healthy habits and obtaining professional psychological support when needed. Although Katy is a licensed therapist, she is NOT acting as a therapist in her capacity as a mindfulness coach. She shares tools and resources for developing mindfulness skills, and creative self-care and gratitude practices.
